Absolutely! Recurring appointments are one of our specialties. We can set up weekly dialysis transportation (3x per week schedules), regular physical therapy sessions, monthly doctor appointments, or any regular medical treatment schedule. This ensures you have the same reliable driver and guaranteed time slots.
We understand that medical appointments can be rescheduled. Simply call us as soon as possible at 281-740-9911 with your new appointment time. We'll do our best to accommodate the change. We ask for at least 2 hours notice when possible.
Yes! For shorter appointments (typically under 2 hours), our driver can wait for you and provide a return trip. This is perfect for quick doctor visits, lab tests, brief consultations, or prescription pickups. For longer appointments, we can schedule separate pickup and return trips.
Our pricing varies based on distance, type of service, wait time (if applicable), and time of day. We provide free, no-obligation quotes before you book. Call us at 281-740-9911 with your trip details and we'll give you an exact price. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Yes! We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most major insurance plans, and private pay (cash, credit cards, checks). We can help with insurance verification and billing paperwork. Contact us with your insurance information and we'll confirm your coverage.
No hidden fees! Our quote includes all standard charges. However, there may be additional costs for extended wait times beyond the agreed period, additional stops not included in original booking, or last-minute cancellations. We'll always inform you of any potential charges upfront.
Yes! We offer discounted rates for recurring appointment packages (dialysis, therapy), multiple trips booked in advance, senior citizens (ask about eligibility), and veterans. Contact us to discuss package options that can help you save.
